    HOW TO APPLY FOR RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION OF SHOP / ESTABLISHMENT IN TELANGANA
    The MeeSeva is a centre which provides all Government services to all the citizens of Telangana. The Government of Telangana provides every types of Government based services to all citizens. The MeeSeva centres are introduced in the month of November. MeeSeva provides various kinds of services like registration of birth certificate, death certificate, disability certificate, registration of shop, scholarship registration and many other services. Every citizen who wants to run shop / establishment, then he / she needs to register his / her shop / establishment. The registration of Shop / Establishment is done under section 3 of the APSE act. To register shop/ establishment, one needs to take an application form first and fill the application form and needs to attach all necessary documents. The department also provides renewal of registration of Shop/ Establishment. For renewal of Registration of shop / establishment, you can follow all the below given procedures.

    PROCEDURES FOR RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION OF SHOP / ESTABLISHMENT THROUGH MEESEVA
    There are the procedures for renewal of registration of shop / establishment are as follows:

    First Step: First applicant need to visit the nearest centre of MeeSeva centre or on the official website of MeeSeva centre. link of official website of MeeSeva is given below:


    Second Step: On the next page , there are services provided my MeeSeva in Telangana are to be given and for downloading application form click on ‘MeeSeva services forms’ option or you can directly go to this page through the below given link:


    Third Step: On the requested page, department's name are to be given such as: aadhaar ,aarogyasri, agriculture, CDMA, civil supplies, commissioner ate of industries , Department of Factories etc. for downloading application form of Renewal of Registration of shop / Establishment, click on the Labor department.

    Fourth Step: In this department column, you get an application form of Renewal of Registration of Shop / Establishment, open the form and then download the application form, and take a print out of form.

    Fifth Step: After taking print out of application form, fill all the necessary details in the form. All the details to be filled in application form should be correct. All the details to be filled in application form should be in capital letters.

    Sixth Step: After filling all the details in the application form. Attach all the required documents with the application form.

    Seventh Step: Visit to the nearest Meeseva center of your district, and then submit the application form with documents and some small charges as fee charges. After depositing fee charges for further processes. Give your details like phone number to the department for providing you information about your Registration renewal. They will give an acknowledge slip.

    Eight Steps: After this, your application with documents attached send to the ACL / ALO officers, the officer will verify your application and documents. If the officer satisfied then the officer accepts your application. The status of your application about acceptance / rejection, given to applicant and MeeSeva through SMS. In both the cases applicant will receive a SMS regarding status of his/ her request.

    Ninth Step: If application is selected than Renewal of your shop / Establishment registration is done. After the prescribed time you will receive your registration certificate of your shop/ Establishment.

    NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
    • A copy of address of shop / Establishment.
    • One recent passport size photograph of Employer.
    • A copy as proof of opening of shop / establishment.
    • One photograph of establishment / shop front which shows name board of Establishment / shop.

    PROCESSING PERIOD OF REGISTRATION OF ESTABLISHMENT / SHOP
    The department take 7 days for the registration of shop / Establishments.

    APPROVING AUTHORITY
    The authority has power to accept or reject the application of renewal of Registration of shop / Establishment is ALO (Assistant Labour officer) / ACL (Assistant Commissioner of Labour). Both the officer has the authority to reject or accept application.

    FEE CHARGES
    The MeeSeva charges fee charges of Rs 35 as service charge and statutory charges. There are no statutory charges applicable / charged on the service of Registration of shops / Establishments.
